A brand touchpoint is anywhere a consumer interacts with your brand. This can be during the sales process, seeing an ad, or seeing your logo at an event you sponsored. What physical and emotional feelings are being derived from those interactions? Ideally, your brand experiences immerse your ideal consumer into your brand’s ethos. By creating an engaging experience that consumers interact with on their own terms and are consistent across all touchpoints you will increase your brand authority and supercharge the call to your brand’s tribe.
A great exercise is to identify existing touchpoints, as well as those that should exist. Where are all the places consumers interact with your brand? This list can really get extensive but to create a truly great experience we need to ensure that all points are on-brand. Create a priority list of touchpoints that need to be addressed to ensure a phenomenal brand experience.
